Erin is a small town girl at heart; Born and raised in Natrona Heights, she now lives close by in Lower Burrell. She graduated from Penn State University with a business degree focused in marketing and began her professional career as a service representative for a global property insurance brokerage, eventually diving into personal lines insurance as an agent.

She graduated from Penn State University with a business degree focused in marketing and began her professional career as a service representative for a global property insurance brokerage, eventually diving into personal lines insurance as an agent.
After 8 years in the insurance industry, Erin discovered her true passion in real estate and quickly exceeded her own expectations and goals. She attributes her success to her insurance background and knowledge, passion to see her clients thrive, a love for the communities she serves, and the wonderful team she is a part of; The John Marzullo Group.
Whether it’s a customer's first time buying or selling, the purchase of a secondary home, or multiple investments, Erin enjoys every experience with the same passion and excitement that creates meaningful relationships that will last forever!
Previously in the service industry as a server and bartender, her customer service orientation corresponds perfectly to the real estate industry. Erin recognizes the transaction is bigger than simply buying or selling a home; It’s an experience you’ll never forget and she strives to make it the best for each client. When she’s not out in the field showing homes or hosting open houses, she’s probably in her own fields in Lower Burrell with her husband and baby daughter at their mini hobby farm that homes over 20 chickens. She hopes to add a few goats or cows in the future!
